Brakes

Ford Sierra Vented discs and calipers, drums at rear, Ferodo competition linings and pads. 

Twin master cylinders and bias adjustment. Braded brake hoses, all new at time of build

Chassis

As per book apart from wider front track and De-deon rear suspension.

Gaz 1.9 coilovers  all round with ride height and damp adjustment.

Welded in roll bar with rear supports

Seam welded steel floor

Body

Blue gel coat nose cone, scuttle, front cycle wings and rear wings.

Aluminium side panels, rear panel, and bonnet (polished, but could do with more!). The scuttle has been painted - good match.

Carbon fibre look dash with Smiths 6 dials (Revs, Speedo, Oil, Water, Battery , Fuel,)

Mountney Steering wheel

Cobra Seats

4 point Sabelt harnesses.

Aluminium fuel tank and Facet electric fuel pump

Transmission

Type 9 five speed ford gear box, competition clutch (bloody sharp!)

Sierra diff with full length drive shafts.

New shortened and balanced prop shaft

15 inch alloy wheels (nice and see-through) with 195 50 15 tyres

Engine

Fully reconditioned 2.1litre Pinto

Lightened and balanced

Ported and gas flowed cylinder head with Piper half race camshaft

Twin 40 Webbers

Aluminium RS2000 sump

High flow oil pump

Vernier cam pulley

4 to 1 custom manifold and custom chrome exhaust
